Dr. Yueyun (Bill) Chen is the Chair and Professor of the Department of Business Administration at UWest. He is also the Director of the Center for the Study of Minority and Small Business and the Editor of the Minority and Small Business Review at UWest.
Dr. Chen received his Ph. D. with specialization in Finance and M. A. in Economics both from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and he also received his Master’s degree with specialization in Management/ Marketing from Tianjin University, China, and B. S. in Mathematics/ Statistics from Hongzhou University, China. Dr. Chen has focused his research on Finance, Insurance, Economics, International Business and Small Business Management. He has published papers in these fields in academic journals and presented his research findings in national and international conferences.
