ABOUT THE PORTAL
The Portal is a web interface that allows you to access information to University of the West’s administrative database. Its function is to provide students direct web access to portions of their academic and financial records, as well as the ability to register through the web. Information available to students includes their personal course schedule, grades, financial aid award information, and their academic program evaluation information. The Portal’s faculty component provides class rosters, grading, and advisee information.
User Name and Password For Students to access the Portal you must enter your UWest User Name and Password. User Name = your FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME (you must have the "dot" ( . ) between your first and last name). Password = this will be the password you create (do not forget your password)
Reminders: • Your name must be the same as we have in our official academic records or ID card • If you have a "hyphen" or "space" in your name you must type it as such leaving the "hyphen" or "space" in your name

To search for classes click on: • COURSE SCHEDULE located on the home page -or- • UWest Portal then COURSE SCHEDULE
We recommend you only search by the term and leave all other search options as is. The list of courses will appear in groups of five or more. Remember to hit NEXT PAGE to get to the next page of classes.
