Scott Underwood is an adjunct lecturer in UWest’s English B.A. program. He holds an MA in English Literature and an MFA in Creative Writing from Chapman University. Prof. Underwood teaches English and American literature courses at UWest, and English and creative writing at The Art Institute of Orange County.
A published author of short stories and poetry, Prof. Underwood lives in Long Beach with his wife and daughter Darby. When he is not busy teaching, raising Darby, or playing in the ocean, he is currently finishing three novels: The Rise and Fall of the Smithy Dynasty, maGic, and More Grace Than I Ever Expected.
