Dr. Philip Borden, CEO of ACE Net Organization, is an adjunct professor at UWest. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of many for-profit and non-profit organizations, including National Council of Asian American Business Associations, Pacific Rim Institute for Social Marketing, San Francisco, Business Technology Center, Altadena, OFS, and Asian Enterprise Magazine.

He has been CEOs of several successful organizations and received awards for his outstanding performance as executives. He earned his Ph. D. in History of Ideas/History of Science, Wayne State University.
