| Seminar on Landmine Education at Hsi Lai Temple |

HACIENDA HEIGHTS – Hsi Lai Temple, a sister institution to University of the West, will have a “Seminar on Landmine Education” on Sunday, July 11, 2010, in conjunction with The Humpty Dumpty Institute, a public-private partnership to educate about the injustice of landmine use. The event will be held in the Hsi Lai Auditorium from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free. Capera Clement, U.N./U.S. Mission Program Manager for HDI, will moderate the event. Ralph Cwerman, HDI President will be joined by Peace Trees Vietnam Co-Founder and Board Member Jerilyn Brusseau as presenters. Ambassador Bui The Giang, Deputy Permanent Representative, Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations, will also be in attendance.
