Work on a full-size basketball court began Monday July 25 on the northeast corner of the campus.

The basketball court project was donated by a UWest supporter to improve the fitness and recreational opportunities available to UWest students.

The open-air court will feature lighting for nighttime play and an enclosed area for safer exercise.
