Minority and Small Business Review, Volume 10, 2012 has been published recently by the Center for the Study of Minority and Small Business and the Department of Business Administration at UWest. Dr. Bill Chen is the Editor of the Journal. The Center for the Study of Minority and Small Business is celebrating its 10th anniversary. The Center received congratulatory letters from the University and public officials, including ones from the Grand Master Hsing Yun, the Chair of the BOT, President Wu, Dean Howe, US Senator Diana Feinstein, US House Representative Judy Chu, LA District Manager of US Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency Maria Acosta, CA State Senator Dr. Ed Hermandez, CA State Assemblyman Michael Eng, and LA County Mayor Michael Antonovich. The Center also received the special award from the Chamber of Commerce of Rosemead for its significant achievements and unique contributions to the communities in the San Gabriel Valley. All of these congratulatory letters and award are published on this special volume. There are 9 featured articles in this volume, written by UWest professors, a UWest MBA graduate and invited authors from the US. A few local organizations sponsored this journal and its publication.
