A photo package is included for graduating students who have purchased the commencement package.

The package includes:

• Portrait photo prints: 1 (5 x 7”) photo + 1 (4 x 5”) photo & 2 wallet sized (2½ x 3 1/8”) photos
• Digital Group photos: To be viewed and downloaded online. The website link will be sent to you via email by the photographer

Place and time:

Portrait photos will be taken on Friday (5/11) 2:00pm - 5:00pm and Saturday (5/12) 7:45am - 9:00am. Please sign up for a timeslot when you pick up your cap and gown at the Registrar’s Office. The group photo will be taken right after the ceremony.

The portrait photo shoot will take place in the auditorium’s intermission room on the east side. On the day of the shoot, please arrive in your best photo ready face and dressed in you graduation cap and gown.

Pick-up:

Portrait photos will be ready approximately 2 weeks after the ceremony. You will receive an email notification when it is ready for pick up at Student Life. If you will not be available to pick up, please arrange for your own personal representative to pick up.
