Welcome to the Registrar’s Online Resource Center. Our office provides information, forms, and tools to facilitate student academic progress at University of the West. Records are maintained and released in accordance with FERPA guidelines. The Registrar’s Office serves the entire campus community, balancing the interests of the University administration and students alike to ensure quality service. Our office strives to insure that policies and procedures are executed in a manner that is compliant, compassionate and sensitive to the needs of those the University seeks to serve. This office will continually utilize new and emerging technologies to improve service and maintain administrative records, while also remaining current with regulatory changes and compliance. The Registrar assists academic departments to comply with University policy and procedure, maintains the University’s academic calendar and schedule of classes, records academic performance and maintains those records while preserving the academic integrity of the University.
