Start off the semester with intention & an effective plan to achieving your goals. Organized by the Wellness Center, participants will learn the S.M.A.R.T. approach & be guided during the workshop to identify a goal & the steps to achieve it. Participants will be encouraged to schedule individual follow-up meetings with the presenter to discuss progress toward their goal & strategies to address any challenges.
