English language proficiency is a critical factor in your success here at UWest. You have been granted conditional admission to UWest because your TOEFL or IELTS score did not meet the minimum required for full admission to a UWest degree program. We use the EPT results to place you in the classes you need to succeed.

The EPT is offered free of charge during UDays Orientation and on regularly scheduled testing days prior to UDays. There is a $50 EPT fee charged for testing if you would like to request to take the test at any other time.

We will email you the further details on how to schedule your English Placement Test (EPT) once we receive your Intent to Enroll.

Submit final transcript

Send us your final transcripts from all colleges and universities you previously attended. Future class registration may be impacted if your final transcripts are not received prior to the start of your first term at UWest.
