Accept your offer
After you receive your acceptance package, there are several steps you need to take to officially secure your place by emailing your Intent to Enroll form to Admissions Specialist, Ms. Henna Hung, at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have any additional documents that require your signature, fill those out as well. An enrollment deposit is not required.

Do you plan to live on campus? If so, please visit the following link to start your application and reserve your space now!
Before your arrival, email Residential Hall Coordinator, Mr. Eduardo Bernal, at Eddieb@uwest.edu with your arrival day and a rough estimate of what time you will be arriving on campus. Once you arrive on campus, you will have to call the Resident Assistant on duty (626) 673-0339 to check-in and receive your key. If you do not have a phone, you will need to let Mr. Bernal know, and he will make other arrangements for you.
Your UWest email and Moodle accounts
Your UWest email and Moodle accounts (UWest’s learning management system) will be created once you have submitted your Intent to Enroll. We will email you the further details on how to activate your school email and Moodle accounts once we receive your Intent to Enroll.
Mark your calendar for UDays!
Students who have not been enrolled at UWest for two or more semesters, need to join UDays.
New student orientation, also known as UDays at UWest, is designed to give our new students an introduction to the campus culture and resources and to help you with the transition to college life. All new students are Required to attend UDays. We will email you the further details once we receive your Intent to Enroll.
Meet with your academic advisor
As a returning student, you may not need to attend orientation or complete placement exams. Your academic advisor will help you with the process of planning your schedule and registering for classes. You will receive instructions for contacting your academic advisor once you submit your Intent to Enroll.
