Dr. Bill Y. Chen has invited Mr. Ray Q. Mo, the CEO of Harmony Funding Inc. to give a guest lecture to his MBA 543 Real Estate Finance and Investments class. All UWest students and faculty/staff are welcome to join this special virtual seminar that will be held via Zoom.

Mr. Mo is a real estate entrepreneur. He is the CEO and broker of Harmony Funding Inc. in Artesia, California. He earned a Master degree in City Planning (Real Estate Development focus) from University of Southern California, and another Master of Business Administration from UC Irvine. Prior to coming to USA, he was a city planner in China. In his long 23 years real estate careers, he has gained unique experiences both in depth and breadth, including commercial real estate financial analysis, residential mortgage loan brokerage, real estate selling and listing, short-term vacation rental investment, real estate foreclosure bidding, flipping, and custom home building. Mr. Mo has a variety of clients and is the most proud of his deep and long relationship with them.

During the lecture, Mr. Mo will share his many years of real estate experiences and his vast knowledge of career opportunities in real estate fields, ranging from real estate financial analysis, residential mortgage brokerage, buying/listing real estate agents, property management, appraisals, real estate settlement services (title insurance and escrow services), and real estate lending (loan officer/underwriter within a commercial bank).
