********
Join Dr. Riveraine Walters on Thursdays in the cafe patio for Eco-Chaplaincy Chatbox, where you can dig into the heaviness of environmental impermanence in a safe, friendly space.
Riveraine is a socionatural specialist with two decades of experience and several degrees in environmental social science and engineering, including a PhD in Water Resources. As a Buddhist Chaplaincy MDiv student at UWest, she is currently exploring how the wisdom of spiritual caretaking can provide deeper and more holistic support for the many people who are, and will be, suffering from the rapid impermanence of the earth.
Conversations with Riveraine are open to all UWest students, faculty, and staff. Pop in and out when you can. Bring your lunch.
