Discussion: Strategies for Emotional Well-Being

All UWest community is welcome to join the virtual discussion facilitated by Wellness Center’s April Afoa on strategies for maintaining good emotional well-being. These continue to be trying times and it is paramount to prioritize our health that includes emotional, spiritual, and social aspects of well-being.

We also need to invest in the health of our UWest community. So, while we can individually read-up on these strategies or have individual consultations for a well-being check-up, coming together in real time is one of the actions we can take to cultivate good emotional well-being.

If you cannot join us this time, please consider coming to the next offering. Also let us know if there are certain days and times that would best garner your participation. You may email wellness@uwest.edu.
