Grandmaster Raymond Wong Self-Defense Workshop

Written By University of the West Author

UWest is excited to present a free self-defense workshop by Grandmaster Raymond Wong on Thursday, November 18, 2021 from 5:30 to 7:00pm Pacific Time in UWest’s Recreation Center.

Grandmaster Wong began training in martial arts since the age of seven and has been teaching for six decades. He is a pillar of the Rosemead community and a staunch support of UWest, with a number of faculty, staff, students, and alumni studying martial arts under him.

Grandmaster Wong will be teaching practical self-defense techniques that anyone can learn and apply. Everyone is welcomed (although the workshop is most suitable for participants between the ages of 8 and 65).

This special offering is sponsored by the UWest Kung Fu Club. Please sign up by emailing
