Leave less than two full terms
If you have been out of school for less than two full terms (excluding summer), submit a REENTRY» form. (LINK: Reentry)
After your Reentry is approved, you may register as soon as registration for that term opens. Contact your Advisor to select classes.
Leave two terms or longer
If you have been out of school for two full terms or longer (excluding summer), submit an APPLICATION FOR READMISSION»
After your Readmission is approved, you may register as soon as registration for that term opens. Contact your Advisor to select classes.
Returning from Dismissal
If you are returning after being dismissed by the University for academic progress or conduct related issues, submit a REINSTATEMENT» form.
– Break in enrollment less than two full terms (excluding summer): submit Registration form once approved for reinstatement.
– Break in enrollment two full terms or more (excluding summer): submit Application for Readmission and Registration form once approved for reinstatement.
