UWest’s Institutional Research has published the latest 2021 Student Satisfaction Survey data.
The findings show a general increase in satisfaction on the majority of areas surveyed. Quantitatively, 90% or more of respondents expressed that they were satisfied with their experience at UWest, had received good customer service from the staff at UWest, and felt that UWest did a good job of communicating important information related to COVID-19. Qualitatively, students were overwhelmingly positive about the campus community and environment. On the other hand, students were concerned about the availability and variety of classes. Moreover, they harbored mixed sentiments about the effectiveness of the Moodle Learning Management System.
