Virtual Empowerment Self-Defense Workshop

In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month on Denim Day, and solidarity with survivors of violence, UWest in partnership with the American Academy of Dramatic Arts is hosting Peace Over Violence for a free Virtual Empowerment Self-Defense Workshop on Wednesday, April 28, 5:30-6:30pm Pacific Time.

The workshop will discuss and demonstrate behavioral, verbal and physical strategies to heighten one’s safety and security when in a potentially dangerous encounter with another person.
