UWest offers two distinct MBA programs, each designed to support students at different stages of their professional and academic journey.
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
The program is ideal for early-career professionals or recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in business. With an emphasis on international business, cultural diversity, and ethical leadership, students are preparedto lead responsibly across both for-profit and nonprofit sectors. This is a full-time, in-person program that provides a comprehensive education in core business principles through a global and values-driven lens.
Professional MBA (ProMBA)
The ProMBA is designed specifically for experienced professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs with at least three years of managerial or industry experience. The program 33-unit program enhances strategic thinking and leadership capabilities, and can be completed in as little as one year. Offered in flexible formats—including fully online and hybrid options—it accommodates busy schedules without compromising depth or quality. The ProMBA emphasizes mindful and ethical leadership grounded in Buddhist values and is competitively priced at a total cost of under $10,000.
