Faculty Profile

Prof. Meskerem Tadesse is Associate Professor of Business Administration at University of the West. A seasoned academic and former Fortune 500 executive with extensive global experience, her research and teaching interests span international business, management, and entrepreneurship. She has published on topics such as debt restructuring, cross-cultural
management, and financial literacy.

Before joining academia, Dr. Tadesse held leadership roles at Bayer-USA and Chrysler Corporation, where she successfully led major international projects. Her insights into global business and her strong negotiation skills earned her recognition and respect in the industry.
