Eligibility Criteria
English Proficiency Requirement (for international applicants):
Applicants must meet one of the following:
1. TOEFL iBT
• 72 (taken before January 21, 2026), or
• 4 (taken on or after January 21, 2026)
2. IELTS 6.0
Application Process
- Online Application – Must be completed and submitted
- Application Fee – $50 (domestic) / $100 (international)
- Statement of Purpose – Explain study focus, research interests, and career goals
- Official Transcripts – Required from all attended institutions
- Letters of Recommendation – Three letters from referees (sealed or professional email)
- Diploma – Most recently earned diploma
- Proof of Identification – Valid ID required
